Master Projects at the Department of Forensic Psychology

Our Master’s projects offer students the opportunity to engage with current research questions in forensic psychology and related fields while developing practical research skills. Projects are conducted collaboratively and provide students with the opportunity to develop their own research questions and contribute to ongoing research.

Supervision is provided throughout the spring and fall semesters. During the semester, the Forensic Psychology seminar is held weekly and guides students through all stages of their Master’s project and thesis - from reviewing the current state of research and developing research questions and hypotheses to collecting and analysing data, interpreting findings, and contextualising results within the broader research literature.

As part of the colloquium, students have two opportunities to present their progress and receive feedback from their peers and supervisors.

Below, you can find an overview of our current Master’s projects, including their research focus, methodology, and opportunities for thesis topics.
