ZEPP services are not covered by the obligatory basic Swiss health insurance. At present, only institutions where all therapists carry the title of “eidgenössisch anerkannte*r Psychotherapeut*in” (Swiss recognized psychotherapist) receive an accreditation by the Swiss Department of Health (BAG). But at ZEPP also work therapists with the title “Fachpsycholog*innen in Kinder- und Jugendpsychologie” (Psychologists in child- and development psychology). Therefore, we kindly ask you to contact your health insurance company prior to your first appointment at ZEPP to gain accurate information regarding what part of the costs, if any, will be covered. ZEPP fees are based on the guidelines of the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP).Our rates are as follows:
Psychotherapy, counselling, coaching, evaluations: CHF 160.- / 45 minutes (plus VAT, not for children under 18)
Academic training: CHF 110.- / 45 minutes
Direkt attendance at school 40.- CHF / 60 min
Professional individual supervision: CHF 170.-/ 45 minutes (Rates for professional supervision in groups with two or more people available on request)
If two counsellors are present, the appointment will be split into two separate invoices.
Time allocated for additional services (such as telephone calls and e-mails, reports and certificates for health insurance companies, expert opinions, tests and evaluations, third party references) are charged according to the time expenditure at the respective tariff. These services will not be individually itemized on invoices but the charges will be labelled using the respective rate category, as listed above.
If you are unable to attend an appointment (regardless of the reason for your absence) charges will be made as follows:
Changes and cancellations of appointments up to 24 hours (working days) before the appointment will not be charged.
In the case of changes at shorter notice, up to 90 minutes before the appointment, the session will be charged at half the rate.
In the event of non-appearance without cancellation the session will be charged at the full rate.
The invoice and payment slip will be sent directly to you and include a payment period of 30 days.
