As the part of the GSP's educational programm, Dr. Andrea Meyer offers support concerning statistical problems and questions. The GSP considers this offer as "help for self-help", that is, Dr. Andrea Meyer provides support amd advice, but will not run the data analysis himself. If you need help/advice, please adhere to the following procedure:

  • PhD-students can apply two to three weeks prior to the scheduled appointment via e-mail to Andrea Meyer. Your e-mail should contain some suggestions regarding time/date as well a short descirption of your statistical problem (3-4 sentences).
  • PhD-students are expected ti be well-prepared for the appointment and postprocessing is done self-reliantly according to the support given by Dr. Andrea Meyer
  • Councelling sessions will take about 30 minutes 

Credit points can be earned as so-called campus credits for involvement in university self-governance. For the doctoral program, a maximum of 2 credit points can be earned in the module Transferable Skills through involvement in a creditable field of activity.
