With this year’s theme, “Question your Science”, we aim to foster thoughtful reflection on the way we conduct research - encouraging participants to examine current practices, challenge assumptions, and discuss how we can do better.

Thank you for making BEACON 2026 a success!
To all our attendees: thank you for the lively discussions and engaged exchanges during the keynotes, workshops, poster presentations, and networking sessions. Your curiosity and openness made the day what it was.
A special thank you to our photographer, Laura Fasihi, who captured the many beautiful moments of the day with her distinctive eye.
We are also grateful to our caterer, CO13, for the excellent food and drinks throughout the day, and for helping us round it off with music and a relaxed apéro in the evening.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to our generous sponsors: the Graduate School of Psychology (GSP), the Faculty of Psychology, the Health & Intervention Doctoral Program, and Avuba. BEACON would not have been possible without your support.
We’re already looking forward to seeing you at BEACON 2027!
Your BEACON 2026 Team
