Lena Zarifoglu (ORCID) is a doctoral researcher at the University of Basel working on the SNSF-funded SWIPE follow-up study on preschoolers’ screen exposure in Switzerland. With a multidisciplinary background in clinical psychology and digital communications, she investigates how the content and context of early screen use shape socio-emotional development. Within SWIPE-web, she focuses on longitudinal assessment using parent-report and passive sensing methods to better understand early digital environments.
