Current Projects

  • Generalizing integration-to-boundary models to sequential sampling tasks in unimodal and multimodal choice environments. This project integrates insight from different experimental literatures and paradigms, to shed light on the underlying cognitive processes that drive the distinct behavioral phenomena we observe.
  • Applying behavioral modelling to predict the effects of policy interventions and regulations. This approach allows gaining insight both from the level of the individual agents, and the level of the system within which they operate.
  • Clarifying the emergence of distinct and sometimes contradictory deviations from maximization with basic research. This approach clarifies the contradictions and the settings in which they are expected to appear, illustrating their boundary conditions.
  • Applying behavioral insight to develop meaningful and practical ideas, that can be used to create better and safer behavioral interventions and choice designs.
